Ako Apparel was created in November of 2008 by Alix Ako & Chris Haider. "A'ko" translates to "me" or "I" in Tagalog. When you wear the Ako brand you are basically saying this brand I'm wearing is about "ME". Though it's begining roots is Pinoy, the ultimate goal as the company grows is to be a universal brand.
Ako Apparel debut it's first hat @ the PIFA show. Pics of the hat will be up soon on the blog and will be available for order online this week! Thas what's up.
